When I got the mail from Hr (Pratima/Aditi mam) I m shortlisted in Agnity. Next round schedule in next day Then i Surprised and my interview taken by Sarju Sir and whn he takes my interview I didn't feel he is my interviewer infact i feel he is my father he told me how to forward the company and he talks about my skills and technology seriously i dumped at that time inspite of he supports me after that... After that day I choose the Agnity I want to learn and explore the technology

First hr find my resume/details from naukri.com . she contacted me via phone and fixed interview as fresher candidate. HR told me that , there is total 3 round ( 2 tech +last 1 managerial) interview. I cleared my 1st tech round . 2nd was managerial round. But manager was expecting for experience candidate but i was fresher and he asked me that who said you that company will give you trainee . I guess understanding between hr and manager was not good for that profile .(like they were hiring for experience or fresher). Finally i was rejected in manager round.
