We have to go through a self paced training which is free and get familiar with the concepts we will teach. Then we have to submit a video of us teaching one of the concept and submit it to the company. Since they get a lot of evaluation videos, you'll only hear back if they liked your video and if they have an opening on that position/class

It was a recorded interview process so there weren't any questions asked. You're just given a topic to explain in 15-30 minutes to the best of your abilities to the target audience.
