It involves pre-screen through AI chatbot application followed by technical round and never to be heard after. I saw that this company is in decline from LinkedIn insights but it is also on morality and basic etiquette of giving response after wasting precious time. The interviewer was certainly in some noisy place with camera off taking process lightly. I guess this is could be sign of collapse for this company as they may not be paying people or have such lax approach. Don't even waste time interviewing here
