So I applied online for the position and the day after a lady called me and proceeded to a 45 minutes interview over the phone. I also had a lot of questions to her and she responded to them all. After this 45 minutes interview since she still had a few spots remaining in the training class, I was offered a position as a F/A, even though she still wanted to interview me in-person.

Entretien
one phone interview, last about 5 or 10 minutes
one person interview (2 people in the room)
one observation flight, you will go on a flight of one day with one F/A,
if the liked your attitude, they will call you back the next day to ask some more questions on phone and then have a final interview in persone with 3 people.

Entretien
So i applied online. i received a call from a women for a telephone interview about 3 days later. She asked basic question such as tell me about yourself and what are your goals. She then invited me to do a second interview at the headquarters. There were three people, two ladies and one gentleman. the interview was fairly easy and there were very warm and inviting.
