Applied through a JobBoard in November and had six interviews, including two with HR. Got rejected. In January, the Hiring Manager reached out for another role and forwarded my documents to HR—three more interviews and two reference checks. I was even invited to the office twice, spending two hours there each time. After a week of waiting, they rejected me again, citing a lack of experience, even though they initially encouraged me to apply. They knew this before even checking my references. A frustrating and unprofessional process.
