It was one of the worst phone interview experiences in my life. An interviewer didn't believe that people who report to me like me as a manager and insisted on answering his questions about it, keeping half of the conversation based on that. The recruiter reply was a template and my follow up question was ignored. After working at several startups and FAANG companies, this experience was awful.

Recruiter and then HM. Ghosted completely after HM and no replies to follow ups from the recruiter. In the end, I dodged a bullet on this company. I’d never want to work somewhere that treats people that way. Just a perfect window into what employment there would be like.
