The interview process consisted of being able to meet peers, superiors, direct reports, and business partners. They did a good job creating variety in who I would speak with and collectively they allowed me to see insight into how the organization worked. The interview process took an extremely long time (many many weeks) which ultimately led me to accepting an offer elsewhere. Their pay was fair (even with what I accepted elsewhere), I just had concerns about how efficient the organization was given the extremely long delay in hiring.
