Average. Screener and then a 2 hour callback. There were lots of time for questions in each interview so make sure you have them prepped beforehand. Can also connect with HR after.

Entretien
Very casual, the conversation flowed very easily, and they were very down to earth. I instantly relaxed and got across everything I wanted to. The questions for the screener were standard and fair. I did get two behavioral questions so defintely practice some of those.

I had a screener for a summer associate position. Standard screener interview, asking about my resume, what I put in my cover letter, what I was interested in doing at the firm. Left a lot of time for questions so make sure you have them ready to go.
