J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alarm.com (Redwood City, CA) en janv. 2019
Entretien
I applied to Alarm.Com through an online application and got a call in a few days from the Talent Acquisition Specialist. She was really helpful in explaining to me what all Alarm.com does. I was scheduled to talk to one of the Hiring Managers in a week. I was scheduled for an on-site interview. The company doesn't provide sponsorship and therefore I was not called for the on-site.

Prepare to have 1-on-1s with an undisclosed number of engineers. After each interview, the recruiter will contact you to schedule more. There is seemingly no process or reasoning behind the interview process.
Also prepare to get hit with a lowball offer well below the salary range posted on the job listing and below what you previously discussed with the recruiter.

Pretty Straight forward process. Interviewer asked me mostly behavioral questions and a few technical questions regarding my experience. I applied through a recruiter and was contacted by their HR department so everything was a smooth transition.
