I received an invitation for a coding challenge on Hackerank. They said if I passed all the test cases, they will contact me for the next step.

Was asked to solve 3 problems in 45 minutes. They were all IQ type questions so the coding is minimal, but coming up with solutions took time.

Received an email to take a coding challenge, however I did not receive a link. Emailed the recruiter twice yet there was no reply. Why would someone want to work for a company that treats their candidates so poorly?
