1. Screening/initial interview with HR (30 min) 2. Case Study- extensive case study needed to be completed and then submitted for review. My access to my own work was removed as soon as I submitted. Took multiple hours to complete. 3. Once it was reviewed and they decided I should continue on to the final round I was asked to complete a personality assessment. I had to take THREE personality tests online and then write a lengthy "personality blueprint" about the results. Personally, this felt like a strange exercise and would have been more appropriate to complete during an onboarding session rather than an interview, Again, took a long time to complete. 4. . Final round interview. Over an hour of rapid fire interview questions with little to no feedback/conversation. 5. Was ultimately not given an offer and when I asked for some professional feedback as to why they didn't offer I received no response. Frustrating that after a 6 week process with a lot of prep work, the interviewer chose to not even acknowledge that request.
