Applied online and received a brain teaser assessment. After completing the assessment was sent a virtual interview invite the next day with pre determined timeslot. This initial screen was rescheduled 3 times via direct email invite, once after a no-show. No request for my availability and no contact other than automated invites. Withdrew my application.

Many technical questions suited for a cyber security expert which was no where in the application description and not the position being interviewed for. 60% of technical questions were not the focus of the job description period and main technical interviewer focused on regurgitation of answers rather than understanding behind each methodology. No SQL questions or general database questions though the job description focused heavily on TSQL technologies. After 1 technical phone, 2.5 hour in person with three people and a final phone interview with great interest and expediency an offer was not extended when asked about salary requirements after all that process. My interest was to start with what I currently make and two days later they did not extended the offer to even match my current salary Bottom line this company will waste your time, give you improper interview focus that's supposed to at least be generalized in the job description. They are looking for someone with the experience of a senior while costing pennies on the dollar AND they don't even get close to the median of a senior software engineer priced to the consumer price index!
