Interview was typical of most interviews although I felt like they already had their minds made up on who they wanted to hire before I interviewed. They also do not believe education counts towards work experience and experience at other companies does not count also. Wearing a suit to the interview I was made to feel completely out of place as I was overdressed from everyone else in the interview room.
