It was a great and very personable interview process. Their application process is unique and I loved that they emphasized finding the right fit not only for the role but also the company culture. The interview process began with an initial phone call interview with People and Culture, it was a great call to broadly look into my experience as well as culture fit. I really enjoyed the first interview with Yuliya, she was so friendly and welcoming. She really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the process, Yuliya personally stayed in touch with me through phone calls to update me in a quick and timely manner, I really appreciated that so much, in previous experiences with other employers you can be kept in the dark for a while before you hear anything. The next interviews happened pretty quick with the team leads and that interview was more in depth and technical. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant and welcoming interview processes I've gone through, after my last interview I knew that this is where i wanted to be.
