Long and multiple unnecessary interviews that are all the same. Takes months to finally get an offer due to their slow process. You have to keep following up with them.

GD's were conducted for the preliminary shortlisting. Out of a group of 8 two to three were being selected on an average. The topic were general mostly and sometimes technical. The interviewers were very professional. Post GD shortlisting was done on a ratio of 1:7. The PI's were pretty comfortable with not much technical questions. Asked previous experience and my interest of work.
