Entretien
Starts with HR and culture fit in which the interviewers describe their working culture and their success and fail stories practicing it. The interview continues in another day (usually within a week) with a in-depth technical talk. My experience was very positive since the fella i talked with was at the top of his game in the field.
Then you'll probably talk to the CTO ad the final step and if everything goes smoothly there will be an offer letter at the end.
