I interviewed with Align (Bangkok) for the Accounting Assistant (Contract) position. I found the job on LinkedIn and applied on their website. First thing to mention is that they listed the job as full-time, then the HR called and told me it was actually a fixed term contract, with a possibility of renewal. 1st round - HR brief (<5minutes) 2nd round - interviewed with Finance Manager (30-40minutes), great and easy interview, she was really friendly. 3rd round (final) - HR manager and CS supervisor (50-60 minutes), the questions were not difficult but it was too much, especially questions by the HR. That’s why I think it should be labeled as difficult interview.
