After submitting a resume I was asked to meet with the vice president in person. During scheduling I talked to a recruiter who asked some typical screening type questions but was given very little information about the position or what they were looking for in a candidate. Since they had my resume and wanted me to come in I assumed my past experience would be useful to them.
On the day of the interview, I spoke to a software manager who asked some basic C++ questions. He seemed very confused and annoyed that I was there at 8AM although that is the time they scheduled me for. This was followed by a meeting with the vice president who asked some general questions about what I have worked on and what I am good at. After I told the vice president what I had worked on and what I was good at he bluntly told me that they aren't looking for that type of experience and that they didn't have anything for me there. This was very annoying to me since my resume reflected what I have worked on and a 10 minute phone call would have prevented this waste of time if there was any question about.
The office space was very open. There were some offices for managers but just open tables/workstations for others. Even if offered the job I doubt I would feel comfortable working there based on how the office was set up and the personalities of those who I interviewed with.
In contrast, I had an interview with LexisNexis later that day and everyone at LexisNexis was extremely polite and respectful.

Very technical. They had 3 rounds of interviews with last round being a onsite interview with 5 members. 3. given a set of points in 2D and I need to calculate the diameter which is the maximum distance between any two points in that 2D space. 3.1Use multithreading to make it faster. Use templates to make it generic.

Applied online. Reached out to by a recruiter. Recruiter was nice and set me up with an initial technical interview.
1st part of technical interview was an easy coding question (palindromes) to work through. I did so no problem, but when I asked the interviewer about what constraints I had to take into account he implied that there were some, but wanted me to guess them. I did guess but he wouldn't confirm if my assumptions were safe or not, so I just implemented what made the most sense to me. He didn't seem satisfied with this but wouldn't say way or give me any more requirements.
2nd part of the technical interview was a systems design exercise to design the backend for a hotel website. This wasn't a backend position, but whatever. Similar story to the coding question: interviewer asked vague questions with multiple answers, wouldn't work with me to clarify any assumptions, and seemed to want me to read his mind.
When I asked him about company culture, he basically said it was a really stressful place to work.
I received an automated rejection a couple days later. Wouldn't recommend.

The technical recruiter is very professional and responsive in the first telephone interview, With the quick, efficient communication with the technical recruiter, I got the second round interview around 30 mins. I had the chance to discuss with the team member. The developer is very professional and skill specified, in asking the detailed question regarding the basic concepts, the algorithms I used. After 30 mins of interview, I did not get any feedback for the next round. Since several weeks passed, I assume I am rejected with slience.
