I was contacts by HR for a phone screening interview followed by a panel interview, and then a phone interview with senior management as they were not able to attend the panel interview.
I was contacted for an interview by an HR personnel within the company, who then invited me for a phone interview. I completed the interview on the phone, which was the first step. Second interview round was a video interview.

Entretien
Applied via LinkedIn and was contacted for a pre-screen telephone interview about 1-2 weeks later. The recruiter mentioned that recruitment may be slow due to COVID but I was offered a Microsoft Teams interview for the following week. Communication was prompt despite HR being located in Canada and me being in the Netherlands.
