The interview process began with an HR phone interview. It was very simple and contained all the basic HR questions. It was nothing technical. It continued with a virtual panel interview with the management team.

I was contacted by a member of the HR Team, and was able to chose a 30 minute time slot to discuss the position with them. They started by telling me about the position, why it was up, and that there may not be a chance at a permanent position, but that it was hard to tell given it was so far in the future. I didn't get the position but I was asked to apply to further positions so I will keep trying.
