Applied online and the recruiter reached out to me. The recruiter was pretty flexible with the schedule. Meeting and everything were set properly. The interview with the recruiter was great. They asked basic questions and explained everything about the company and role. I was reject due to sponsorship. But the HR was transparent and clear in giving feedback.
