An initial interview with the chief strategy officer, then an automatically scored 90 minute rigorous online test as the tech interview that the CSO misrepresented: he said answers would be reviewed. So I spent every moment really developing my aporoach. They were not reviewed. Rejected based on score alone. Kind of short sighted since you're hiring the thought process of a senior developer, not a robot coder. But hey their hiring process is their problem. I'm leaving a bad review because of the misrepresentation. Time wasted.
