The interview process seemed very extensive containing multiple phases - intro call, phone interviews and various assessments (personality, QuickBooks, general acct knowledge). The entire process took a little over a month to complete. I will say that I truly enjoyed each step of the candidate journey. Each phase and next step was explained in detail, so there were no surprises. AIOA staff was helpful in answering any questions that came up, no matter what phase. The candidate journey page was awesome and very unique to anything I had experienced prior.

The interview process took a couple of weeks from the time I applied until I was offered a position. The first interview was over Teams. I had to complete a number of online assessments after the first interview. The second interview was in person. I had to take additional assessments in the office after the second interview. The final interview was with the CEO over teams. The individuals conducting the interviews did a great job of explaining the company's culture, EOS, etc. The assessments were more time consuming than the actual interviews.
