I applied online and heard back from them within about a week — which was a good sign. The first round was a straightforward screening call covering basic background questions, followed by a take-home assignment. The assignment was simple: a few situational prompts asking how I'd respond in given scenarios. Nothing too intensive.
After submitting, I was quickly scheduled for round two for a panel interview and shortly later a final round with the CEO. Up to that point, the process was smooth, well-paced, and felt genuinely promising.
After that, all communication stopped. No follow-up, no rejection — not even a boilerplate "we've moved forward with another candidate" email. Every follow-up I sent went unanswered. For a process that had been so organized and responsive until that point, the complete radio silence at the end was jarring and frankly disrespectful of the time I'd invested.
