I was approached by the HR directly from AOB. It was a very smooth process and the office is located on a decent location in Jaipur. It is a startup and you will expect everything from a 14 months startup company. The HR is really good and has prompt response which is completely different from other HRs where you get no replies for your followups. The interview consisted of four rounds, first two were generic and were held in office premises. The other was with the founder and the last was completely technical. All the rounds were smooth and got updated about the status. It is a product based company and it has all it takes to be successful in their business. One advice which I had is, the technical round should have been held earlier prior to other rounds. Since it is just 14 months old, that is fine. Wish them success in their venture.
