I submitted my CV on a job website. I received an email with more information on the company and then a phone interview with an in-house recruiter. From the phone interview I was given a face-to-face interview. The interview was a 1-1 conversational interview and the interviewer was very friendly. It was not a stressful environment and I actually enjoyed being given the opportunity to share my experiences and achievements.
