I had a brief interview with a girl in HR. I had to take a typing test as well as a written test (both are very easy). Once the interview with HR was over with, I met with the project manager. They asked me simple questions about my work skills and my willingness to help. She stated that they are willing to train and that I did not need prior call center experience (which I had none of). I got a call the next day offering me the position.
