Last week James conducted my interview for employment. It was such a great experience! He was such a delight to work with!! The interview is lengthy and has multiple steps, but James explained everything along the way so nothing was stressful!! Highly recommended :)

Quick phone pre-screen, they know what type of candidates they are looking for.
Looking for people with common sense, passion to help others, and able to work in a team
On site interview, and a tour of campus including one of the houses.
Many questions, open to answering my questions, a video of an incident to analyze.
