It was thorough. I talked to many people all the way up to the COO. There were phone interviews, one on one interviews, panel interviews. I met alot of people and got to know the organization and who reported to whom.

Beyond unprofessional team, disregard candidates time, rude, wouldn’t recommend working here or with the team at all ever again met with very junior people who mentioned they had no say in the process
