If you are a female, they interview you for sure. If you are a male, you give them your resume and you have a job. It's pretty sexist if you ask me. should be the same across the board.

Took 4 months to contact me. When they did they didn’t know when I would be sent to training. Then called upon last minute. Although the work is great unsteady hours.
