A 15 minute call with an interviewer about previous experience and other qualifications. The interview could also be in person but it's easier to do it over the phone. only requirements is to be 18 and have a highschool dipolma.

The interview process is very easy and straightforward. I was able to walk in and get the job same day. I just had to make sure to come in for training the next day.
