Not too hard. Phone screening first. Then 2 interviews with upper management, one in person and one online. You only have an impersonal interview If you’re located in the same city where the job will be at. Interviews are not long.

Entretien
The interview process was quick and smooth. The first interview was through an online video platform and was one way. So there would be a video of someone asking you the question and then you have a minute to answer it and you can’t go back. The second interview was with the recruiter and they’ll go over the company info, your role, what’s expected etc.. third and last interview was with management.

Tell us about a time where you had to deliver bad news to the team.
There were multiple rounds in this interview process, starting with a filmed video interview. The next couple rounds were video calls with the area manager and the final interview was with upper management. This was a clear process and there was clear and efficient communication the whole way through.
