1)general English test.
2) face to face technical interview for an hour,just basic of oops and few code snippet.
3) managerial round ,I was asked few basic questions about my previous companys planning and execution process. In this round manager will try to test a candidates patience and attitude towards the questions.
4) HR round, most crucial round. The hr will try their max to offer least salary, so please be careful before you say anything.
First round (Basic technical discussion) and it's around 1 hour technical discussion
Second round (Manegerial Round) its around 1 hour interview
Third round I.e HR round is the last round of interview

2 Technical rounds followed by 1 manager & hr round. They may schedule problem solving round as well which includes puzzle or a scenario based question from hackers heart. Post all rounds it usually takes a month to release the offer .
