Email from hr, hr interview, email from hiring manager, interview with hiring manager. No panel, direct to hiring manager and fit interview with VP. Good process. Efficient. Everyone was friendly. Good questions. Lots of looking for fit with casual conversation.
This was a virtual interview that took about 45 minutes. I was interviewed by someone in HR. I was provided solid information on the position in advance, and a good overview of the role and responsibilities during the interview process.

Quick phone call/screen, followed by a longer interview with manager. After two interviews, they ghosted me, which told me everything I needed to know about working for Allstate and their company culture. Were I ever contacted by one of their recruiters again, I would decline further communication.

The recruiter wanted to talk about my current employer (a well known brand) more than the role I was applying for. I found that inappropriate.
