A waste of time. I scheduled a phone interview and was asked a number of questions, only to find out at the end of the interview the pay was $17 an hour. When I elaborated on my years of experience and tried to negotiate, I was told that “most people move up within a year,” as if that would make up for not earning a living wage and taking a significant pay cut. If pay is non-negotiable, Allsup needs to include the wage on the job posting, or at the very least mention this when scheduling an interview. Otherwise, they are just wasting candidates’ valuable time.

Pretty easy interview process. Not too hard of questions. Very standard interview process. People were nice and helpful. Seemed good not too hard. Lot of question though so be prepared for them.

Entretien
Allsup had a job event. I ended up interview with 3 people. Always expect to interview with 3-5 people at a time if you want to move up in the customer service department at least. I had to do a drug test, there was a deadline. They I got an offer letter about a week after maybe less.
