The interview was straightforward and easy to follow overall. The Principal of Data Management who conducted the interview was very kind and professional. While I believed my background could have been a strong fit for the role, I was not selected. It seemed the outcome may have been more related to communication fit than technical qualifications, as I had to ask for clarification on a few questions during the conversation. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity and had a respectful interview experience.

Received a phone screen request 2 weeks after the application. The call went well; the recruiter sounded professional and asked relevant questions. After that, I waited for 2 weeks, and there was no update, then I e-mailed them, and it's been more than a month now. no reply from them. Just simply got ghosted.
