One initial phone interview with HR staff mostly just going over resume. Then one in-person interview with the hiring manager, again mostly just going over resume and past work experience.

Question 1
Both of the people that I interviewed with are no longer at AlohaCare. I don't think there is any sort of standardized question set that different hiring managers ask, so what I was asked is not really relevant. Also, it's been a few years, so I don't even remember any specific questions.

Entretien
Extremely easy since the department was desperate to fill the position. The manager did most of the talking about the function of the department. Just don't show up in a suit, Many of the managers take a cue from the CEO and won't hire you. It is an indication that you have not research the culture in Hawaii. An Aloha shirt and slacks or maxi dress if fine.
