Met with a representative from HR and then with the supervisors I would have upon hire. About 30-40 minutes with each party. Asked basic chemistry questions (how to make a 1:10 dilution with H2O and acid, etc).

The interview was very straightforward. I was asked about my college experience, asked some basic interview questions (in addition to some basic chemistry ones), and given a tour of lab.
