The initial phone interview was very refreshing - the owner asked personality based questions, and it seemed like we had a good connection over the phone. Was promised a follow-up at the end of the week. However, I was then ghosted after sending follow-up up emails when I wasn't reached out to. It's not the end of the world, of course, but a kind response of being passed over goes a long way when it's promised.
