They wanted to know about the employee, the skills level and also the work he/she has done in the past. Also understanding the job task, the culture of the company, and the history of the company.

Pretty straight forward. my interview was with the owner which was nice. He was very friendly and helpful with helping under stand my position at the company. My only complant is that the wages at this location are very low for the type of high stress, tight deadlines and skills needed for the position.
