The process lasted more than 2 months. I had an initial discussion with a side recruiter who introduced me to the company. Then, I had my first interview with the COO, who asked about my background. It lasted around an hour. Then, I had one more screening interview with a team member to whom AlphaGrep was considering me. After that there was a 2 week silence. Then, they gave me an online coding task. Pretty difficult one. Then, silence for a week more. After that, they gave me a huge project to solve. After that, there was a silence moment for 3 weeks. And finally, I was rejected because they found someone better. Overall, I wasted a lot of time. The side recruiter was very helpful but HR from the company was very slow and not informative at all. They didn't even bother to message me personally and explain the reasons for rejection. Very rude behavior from their side.

Applied, passed the resume screen, then spoke with a recruiter and met someone at the desk for an initial conversation. A few days later, I received an offer and moved forward in the process.
