The interview was relatively non-technical for the first rounds, resume walkthroughs and culture fit. between the applicant and the company. Following rounds would be more technical and case-based, they will provide the case around 4-5 days before the technical round and expect submission of the case study 24 hours prior to the interview

How would this AlphaSights role align with your career plan
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Competency based questions, language test including interview and conversational skills.
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
