Entretien
1st part of the process - online video assessment. 15 seconds to read the question, 1 minute to answer. It is uncomfortable to speak in from of a camera, and if a question is unexpected it is difficult to improvise. Prepare in terms of knowing your CV well, and all about Alphasights and why you want the position.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
