Answer 5 questions online. Each question lasts for 1 minute with around 15 seconds for preparation. Besides the interview process, you have to write short essays (around 150 words) to explain why you are interested in the company and to share an experience of how you tackled a problem

submitted my CV online and got an email later, telling me to complete a video assessment and answer some motivational questions. Haven't heard back from then for more than a month. Contacted them and they replied promptly that I wasn't considered for a personal interview.
