The interview process was a little different to the standard Grad interview, but the focus was still the same: making sure I was right for the company and equally that the company is right for me. First round was a career orientated discussion, what my ambitions are, why i made my career choices etc. Second round was more competency based discussing more role specific skills and what I could bring to the position with a panel made up of the senior team. Final round was again drawing this all together and confirming fit for each other. Really open discussions, genuinely interested in getting to know me and ensuring a good fit. Really got a good sense of the company and what I would be signing up for,where the opportunities lie. overall very enjoyable.
