Entretien
All interviews are online and take place virtually. The first is a phone call, the next are all on video through platforms like zoom or google meet. You will receive emails detailing the process and how to prepare.

Question 1
First Interview is 45 minutes and consists of basic questions about your education and employment background as well as some behavioral and situational questions at the end of the interview. They will also ask briefly about your career goals and quiz you on some of the basic components of AlphaSights' business model.
Interview 2 is a two hour interview. The first hour is a 'case study' where they ask you to perform the duties and role of an associate in client services at the company. This part is not hard if you can use the internet and have a functioning brain. The second hour consists of more situational and behavioral questions. They will ask you how you will respond to different situations that may cause stress in the workday such as: a client delays a project, you can't find enough experts in the field, etc.
The final interview is with an executive/senior leader and involves more career oriented questions. It is essentially a final screening and time to meet the last members of the team.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
