Entretien
1. Online assessment interview - which included language assessment, a brief self intro, and a few questions related to Alphasights and CSA role. Can't remember for sure but given a minute or so to answer each question.
2. First round video interview with recruiting - from general interview questions to Qs that are specifically asked to see if I had a good understanding of Alphasights' business objectives and roles.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
