Interviewer was nice but not much was said after answering the questions, they seemed focus on getting through the list of questions. First interview was conducted through google hangouts (camera is required). Very lengthy recruitment process (4 phases). The 3rd stage includes a case study.

Had a call with a recruiter who was great then completed a natural strengths questionnaire, then scheduled for an interview with someone however another woman turned up and interviewed me. One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. It was like rapid fire of about 10 questions in 15 minutes, no time to get to know me and everything felt so rushed. Very dull tone and felt like she was trying to catch me out. Left feeling like I barely had any time to even talk about my skills as their was no conversation, just rapid fire
