Entretien
There are a total of 4 rounds.
1st Round (Video Interview + Personality Test): 4 simple questions about yourself, your interest in AlphaSights, and your career plans
2nd Round (Face-to-Face interview): An hour-long interview with an employee from the HR team in AlphaSights' office. Interview questions are again mostly about yourself and your knowledge of the company. They just want to see candidates goals align with the company's goals.
3rd Round (Case Study)
4th Round (Interview with CEO/CFO): CEO & CFO would want to see if they are investing in the right people and will have the final say about a candidate's employment.

Question 1
First Round Interview Questions (some were also asked again in second round):
1. Why are you interested in AlphaSights?
2. What is your career goal? What influenced your career goals?
3. What are your strengths/weaknesses?
4. Describe what our company does in 2-3 lines.
Second Round Interview Questions:
1. How does our company monetize clients?
2. Who are our clients? (Trick question: They don't reveal their clients)
All the other questions that were asked were about myself, the choices I have made in life so far (based on my resume), and how my choices have led me to where I am today.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
