Many candidates interviewed at the same time. They will try to sell you on the product. They take away50% of the profit. The training is very bad. You're better learning how to trade on Youtube.

Behavioral questions, career questions. They sell u 3k course, then u if you do well you get account funded 20k. You need to make 10% profit and then you keep half of it and get a higher funding amount. This continues. For those who don't have experience in financial markets, 10% is hard to get in a year, including protecting against drawdowns. Decent gig if you're looking to grind

Entretien
It went through a few sets of calls with recruiters. For the first call they missed the time and called me few hours later with some excuses about their system etc.

Question 1
They don't care about your background, it was mostly describing the company and trying to convince me to pay them 3.5k for their training program & additional monthly fee. They promise you to give you access to 20k to trade, but in reality you have only 10% daily cap.
Went through a few sets of calls with recruiters, very behavioral. A few simple tester trick questions for technicals, but overall good experience and seemed like good people. Was probably a total of 3 interviews ranging from HR to Trader to someone higher up.
